THE RONALD ST. JOHN COMMUNITY CENTER

We have transformed and enhanced the facilities of the former VFW building. With its new identity as The Ronald St. John Community Center, the site has been upgraded with larger and improved restrooms, an expanded commercial kitchen, and convenient handicap ramps to access both levels. Ensuring safety and comfort, the center features an enlarged overhang to shield residents from adverse weather conditions and incorporates new energy-efficient mechanical systems. These renovations offer a more welcoming and functional space for the residents to enjoy and benefit.

The Community Center now has a commercial kitchen and ADA restrooms and entrances on the upper floor of the Food Bank building.  The  Community Center will offer education to area residents.  We envision exercise programs as well as classes on cooking, sewing, and canning.  We would also hope to offer first-time home buyers education, and health screenings as well as provide a safe center for camaraderie.  For inquiries regarding the use of the community room please email Sandy Swett.
